Strategy is a time-consuming and challenging process--it sometimes requires the fresh perspective and incremental time and expertise of an objective, outside resource who has built and delivered on strategic plans. Mary Ann has been involved in strategic planning for over two decades with companies ranging from Fortune 1000’s to start-ups. Unlike large consulting firms, her approach is to be pragmatic, realistic, and holistic to ensure that the strategy can be implemented. It’s based on reality, not theory.

Deep dive into the present state based on available information. In addition to marketing data, includes understanding company capabilities, culture, and overall business strategy.
Identify research needed to gain a deeper understanding of customer wants and needs.
